Job Training

on-line classes and on-line and conference preceptorships in the last two years I worked there, years 2015 and 2016

The job training was kind of fun. You get to do the job training online in your home. We learned a lot in just a few days, played games, and met the other new employees online. However, once you are trained, you are lucky if you actually get to use your training. If you are anything like me, "if you don't use it, you lose it."

Job training is provided at the time of joining but depends on the team.

Clinical training team are not professional trainers. Made up of associates that are not subject matter experts.

Very good Training but no certification offered

Constant training, which only improved with time. Was always paid training.

The training for your job is great

It is very simple, even thought the trainers teaches well.
