My role had an open PTO policy, so as long as your manager approved your time off this is a very flexible benefit.

In the US, they offer unlimited time off. We all know the phrase "unlimited" is a trap, but as a Manager, it was nice to not have to manage a system and nickel and dime my team members for every hour or day they needed to take.

Unlimited PTO is an incredible perk! Not having to track days off or use sick time.
