The company has a flexible PTO system, which can mean different things depending on your organization and your managers, but is pretty generous for all. Not having a fixed number has been an overall good for me.

They do offer 'unlimited time off', that seems to translate to; hey, if you take a 2 to 3 week vacation and random days off occasionally that's okay provided your work is good and your not abusing the policy.
