They have such a high rate of turnover that the few "trainers" they have are constantly working with someone and not doing much clinical.

I would prefer to obtain more training that I received for my position. I came into this job with knowledge of some of the systems they utilize (centricity) however I would like more on-the-phone training meaning that I would like training on how to diffuse and manage rude patients.
