Health insurance is pretty expensive; however, the benefit is good as a whole (comes with an HRA that is funded by the company, and other good perks -- diabetes care, fertility treatments, etc.).

We are generally given an option of 4 different plans that work in various ways and have a single or family option. The plans aren't necessarily bad, but for a family runs around $200/month as of 2017.

The worst health insurance plan I've ever had to be on, the deductible is so high, I ended up paying for my entire years medical expenses out of pocket as part of my deductible.

Health insurance is good on the average...I always questioned the Optical health. There is a bldg full of employees who work on the computer all day...it's the crucial to all job duties and success of responsibilities. Why wouldn't they provide Optical health care?
