The best part about JetBlue’s 401(k) is definitely the company match. They give you the option to go traditional or Roth, and the investment choices are pretty solid, so you can really set yourself up for long-term savings. If you’re contributing consistently and stay with the company, it adds up quickly. The downside is the vesting period. You have to be with the company for a few years before you’re fully vested in the match, so if someone leaves earlier, they don’t get the full benefit. That’s probably the biggest drawback.
