This option is a very nice benefit

They have a really good 401k match. I think it’s 5% x 3.

Great 401 k. Match 5%

You contribute 5%, company matches that 100%. They also gift 5% of your pay each week even if you don't contribute. Pilots and mechanics get an additional 3%. So 13% from company as long as you contribute 5%. With your contribution, this equals out to 18% of weekly pay value going to 401k
