Job training is mostly videos you watch upon being hired. They will at times be the only thing you can reference. You will probably be relying on posted signs for direction more than personal training. It is very common for a new hire only a few weeks to months older than you to train you. Often times managers are not fully trained on all jobs of the store as they were promoted from crew jobs. Very little if not any at all managers are hired from outside your coworkers. So if a bad coworker becomes a manager, you can expect bad training.
