computer training is goodif you get it very hands on

They have a school in lakewood for training and they have many videos to watch online

HORRIBLE training for the role! Driving around with a peer for 2 weeks doesnt mean you are getting trained . you are literally just watching them interact

There wasn't a lot of hands-on training, more technology-related

Trained online and at the job

At least where i work, i'm recieving a full training course, E-learning, and on the job training with another cook. They're giving me a couple weeks of supervised work, and have been very patient! If your workplace hasn't given you supervised training, then you need to ask for it, because it's part of KFC's training policy.

When I started at KFC the people I worked with were very patient when training me. They give you time to become faster and more efficient.
