They cover most part. I am not sure how much because I opted out.

Trash matching. It’s a percentage of your total contribution and not of your salary. If they decide 5% and you contributed $1000 they only contribute $50 which is a joke.

401k is through Prudential. They offer a limited number of funds, some of which are decent and competitive but very limited in their international investing options. Employer match is only 10% of employee's contributions so employee would only get 1% match for 10% contribution.

Yeah, they have a 401k, but who doesn't? It's managed by Prudential and the fund choices are good. Their match has a long vesting period to it, isn't very good, and has lots of complicated strings. You'll probably never see much of their match, if any, unless you're with Kforce for 4 or 5 years. It's at least good that they have one, though. You should still invest in it anyway, just don't expect to see anything from KForce.

The good point is they actually have a 401k, but who doesn't? It's through Prudential and there's a decent selection of funds to invest in.
The bad point is, their match is so lame and the strings on it so strict, you'll never actually get anything they contribute. The vesting is 5 years @ 20% a year, and their % is lame. You should invest in it anyway, but don't expect to see any of their match. But that's exactly why they do it that way, to skate on it.

Kforce matches, but the challenge is that the match is subjective from year to year, so you're unclear about what amount of contribution they will make until the end of the calendar year. It hinges on company performance overall.
