Match is pathetic, and you are vested 100 % after 5 years of being with Kforce.

For a contractor, employer match is useless as most consultant positions are only 1 year, so no vesting.

it's not a traditional percentage match, they do not match the percentage of your paycheck that you contribute they contribute 10% of what you contribute to the fund. So if you put in 10% of your paycheck, let's call that $100.00 then Kforce is only going to put in $10.00, and there is a ramp program so you will only keep a percentage of that based on the amount of years you stay with the company, if you stay for 4+ years you will receive the full amount contributed by Kforce.

Need a better program for matching. They do provide a discretionary match annually.
