We get to stack on discount days. So our employee discount plus whatever coupons is going one sometimes we get up to 60 percent off.

You get loads of extra discounts customers don't know about.

I love it! It’s regular 15% but at least 5 times a year it goes up to 55% for friends and family sale. The friends and family sale before Christmas it goes to 60%. They do have exclusions on that but during employee appreciation We get 35% which you can use on on Nike, Levi’s, etc.

Decent discount 4 times a year. They expect you to spend all of your pay.

You get 15% off for being an associate + you get the coupons going on through the store. Typically I got about 50% off of everything.

15% for discount, and still could use Kohl's cash.
