If I remember correctly, the employee discount was only about 10 or 15%. I think you were able to use it in combination with some of the store coupons

The best thing about the employee benefit at Kohl's is that you can really get a lot of clothing that you really like, the only bad thing about it is that it makes you want to spend more money on clothes!!

The discount they had for employee's was actually good and some parts of the year it's even better. Employee discounts apply to almost every merchandise in the store.
