10% off most things on top of any sales is a nice bonus

The discount is generous, 10% for the standard Kroger Family of Brands items but can go up to 15-20% depending on departments, such as Apparel or Home/Kitchen.

The Employee Discount is nice but does not come close to making up for low pay scales.

It wasn't anything huge or like half off.

The employee discount could be better, you only get 10% off kroger brands, so if you are not buying a kroger brand don't expect to see a discount. The only good thing is that I still get employee discount even though its been 3 years since I work there, I'm not sure if this is a common practice tho
