The fact that they have it is great, not many companies do this anymore but if I were rating it solely on the program, it has some disadvantages. You must get prior approval before your class(es) starts, you must maintain an A/B average and the class(es) must be for a job that Kroger (family companies) can use in the future. Examples are business, culinary school, HR, accounting however even though Kroger has a legal team - do not expect law school to be a part of the program.
