Labcorp benefits

Amount of paid time off is generous but the attendance policy makes work/life balance difficult due to lack of approved time off requests.

The amount of PTO is great (assuming you are able to use it!) but the health benefits are extremely expensive, especially for entry level technicians.

There were company events although lab staff could never attend due to hours. Meeting people from outside the laboratory was near impossible.

Love a lot of the benefits they offer! Health Benefits is fairly priced if you complete the wellness screening and pass all the markers they require. Non smoking and under 29.9 BMI. Also includes a blood test in the wellness screening. They do offer other benefits such as weight watchers at a discount price. And other small perks. Time off is odd because if you take a day off you have to use PTO. It doesn’t matter if you have overtime that week the extra 8 hrs of pay will be on the check.

Benefits are OK comparing to most big companies. 401K is kind of low as 3%. Employee stock purchase plan is good.

Great solid benefits for health care and paid time off

You have to be a non-smoker and meet your BMI to qualify for the discounted insurance rates, if not it tends to be on the expensive side. They do offer ways to rec'd money back that you can use towards certain medical expenses.
