Bonus structure for management assuming financial targets where met. Health insurance now way too expensive and poor choices for the city.

Once Covance was acquired by Labcorp, the benefits transitioned to the LabCorp standard. Holidays, PTO, and 401K remained the same (matching each 0.5 percent after initial 3% and up to 6.5%), but the healthcare plans became much more expensive. If you did not complete a special annual exam in the required timeframe, your monthly contribution would increase by $200! Make sure you do the required annual exam.

The medical premium is high. The dental insurance is high and not ppo plan. Adding family members is way too expensive so if you’re the primary breadwinner you will be out of half your check
