PTO is great 21 days your first year.
Health benefits are sub-optimal at best. Cigna - expect to pay for nearly everything

Many corporate discounts, health, dental, and vision are comparable rates, and good 401K matching once you've been at the company for 6 months

Best: Employee stock purchase option.
Worst: Health insurance is a joke.

Overall the package is quite good. ESPP is especially nice as it is very possible to increase one's effective compensation.

Best thing is to me really all of it is great. Corporate discounts on almost everything, annual merit raises. Wonderful company to work for!

Covance benefits and perks, including insurance benefits, retirement ... Good benefits package, but not much different than the rest of the companies in the field.

Ample PTO days, 401k and disability are decent, but in the last year, health insurance took a serious hit. The new healthcare plan under LabCorp is far worse than previous plans. $1500 deductible for a single person, $4000 for a family. Specialists are hardly covered.
