No match at all on 401k, they automatically give you 3% of your pay though so if you put in 0%, you still get 3% from them. If you put in 3%, it comes out to be 3% of yours + 3% of theirs. Put in 5% and you get your 5% + 3% from them etc.

Health insurance is very expensive and requires a lot of work and maintenance in order to be utilized.

health insurance isn't the greatest, but it's there. Dental too Other perks like tuition reimbursement, fitness reimbursement, free lab analysis by a labcorp lab are all there if you look for them

Great 401k (they will match 100% after 3 years of working there), insurance is good and they'll reimburse for up to $300/year to buy fitness equipment and gym memberships. 21 days of PTO per year.

The health insurance now under LabCorp is abominable! Expensive with very high deductibles, copays and out of pocket. The prescription coverage is terrible----even some generics have high copays and need preauthorization, which has been refused a few times for me and family despite good reasons given by MDs. My pay is generous and the bonuses and stock have been awesome, but this insurance change has basically been like a giant pay cut!
