The company owns the insurance and uses a under writer yet charge ridiculous price and limits due to weight or other issues you may have

The better your health is the better benefits you get.

Health insurance and PTO are the best thing about the benefits. The worst is that the insurance isn't connected to UW Health.

Company offers the usually benefits. 401K, sick leave, and health. Paid it off is earned.

401 k, decent PTO package

The benefits are not that great compared to competitor labs. They seem to be pretty below average. It is really a cheap company. They never fly you anywhere for the training. Reps drive 350-400 miles to the training locations for the new hire training. The company nickles and dimes in everything. The lunches provided during the meetings are horrible in quality due to tight cost control.

Did not get to use many benefits as was an intern. However, work-life balance seemed to be good based on conversation with others

We no longer receive free lab testing. We are supposed to get vacation but never do because there's not enough to go around
