Great coverage for both individual and family, medical, dental, vision, as well as tuition reimbursement, employee stock discounts. There wasn't anything I didn't like about the benefits package. LabCorp was using United Healthcare in 2014 and had an employee portal to provide more information about the plan as well as healthcare providers.

The best part is that there was health insurance at all. The worst part is that it was very expensive.

I have never had a problem taking time out for myself, if I need a day or a few days no questions are asked like any job they like to be notified ahead of time

Lots of vacation time, which is really nice and unexpected for someone just out of college. The price of benefits is reasonable also.

Benefits include corporate discounts through Shoppes at LabCorp. May take advantage of local discounts from restaurants and local businesses similar to groupon.
