It does not start day 1. It is the first of the month after your start date. You have the option of 3 plans, each available with Aetna, Cigna, UHC, or BCBS. The premiums vary by state. There is a wellness discount if your BMI is under 29.9. Free lab testing at Labcorp. Flexible PTO but you are still expected to finish all your stuff. Don't expect a 40 hour a week job because it's not. You have to track billable hours. They'll pay wifi if you WFH.
