They offer a 5% match to your 401K. They have ok health insurance options...not the best. But they took away vacation accrual as of 2021. Currently we have flexible time off (FTO) which depends completely on your manager. After 6 months you can participate in the stock employee stock purchase plan where you can purchase Labcorp stock at 15% off and its completely vested. They also offer a dependent care FSA if you have kids or elderly dependents. No bonuses!
