The health insurance benefits aren’t bad. They give you different packages to choose from. Bloodwork done at LabCorp is free. Can expensive for family coverage. I paid about $80-$90 per paycheck for a single policy

They offer Full pay maternity leave, match up to 4.5% of your salary up to 6%. They do no offer unlimited sick time off. They offer an ok PTO.

You get 23 days of Personal Leave in your first year and goes up to 26 days in your 3rd year. Paid leave continues to go up the longer you've been with the company. Cons are they base how much you pay in insurance by BMI and whether you smoke. I understand the smoking but BMI is a totally outdated way to measure the health of a person. Most professional athletes are considered obese due to the current guidelines. It should go by your health screening numbers.

Soooo many options, from a health spendings account, to discounts at AT&T, Enterprise, etc. They really care about their employees!

Health insurance is okay but pricey. Time off is earned at the end of every week depending on how long you have been working there.
