Health insurance is insanely expensive with exceedingly average benefits even with the most expensive package.

Good benefits and had a cool boss

They do pay good, but the job is not a career move, they care more about the $ then if there employees are happy

401 k company matching contributions is great

Health Insurance: They provided Cigna or Blue Cross as well as a wellness discount on your premiums if you had a BMI less than 29.9 and don't smoke. 401K through Fidelity. The position I was hired for started with a $1000 sign on bonus as well as an additional 30.0 Hours of PTO. Covance had a vast array of discounts with various companies as well. AT&T, the local gym, some restaurants and so on. Covance also provides tuition reimbursement for employees taking relevant courses.
