401K Plan

Employer match is mid-grade. Performance was outperformed by another from a previous employer.

I am not currently using the 401K plan, however my coworkers say it is pretty good.

the performance was not spectacular but its nice that its a thing.

They will match you up to 6% which is good seeing as most companies are 3%.

They did match a lot when I first started but they decrease the amount every year

There is no longer a discretionary match. In 2017 company matches 50% of 6% employee contribution. In 2018 match increases to 50% on 8% employee contribution. Liberty will no longer contribute more than 50% regardless of company performance. Pension contributions increase from current 4.5% of pay to 5% in 2018
