Standard benefits nothing special. But it pays the bills

They will 50% match your 401k, up to 8%. Give you a free 6%, even if you don't contribute anything. It is automatically set up at around 2%. Example: If you contribute 8%, they will give you a match of 4%, then an extra 6% = total of 18% going to your 401k. However, they recently started a 4 to 5 year vesting period for any new hires in 2025.
