Pros: 6% contribution to 401k with 100% vestment on start date. Great wellness incentives, such as up to $1400-$1800 company HSA contribution yearly, 8 free therapy sessions, free subscription to Calm. Cons: Hard to actually get a therapist scheduled. Benefits used as an excuse to pay lower than most other company’s for comparable positions.
