Best thing is paid time off, mandatory time off around the holidays so essentially 4 weeks paid vacation.

At the time, it was pretty good. They did make a huge switch to putting more of the financial responsibilities onto the employee. They didn't seem to have any way to individualize the coverage for very healthy, young people vs older, unhealthy smokers.

They also contribute 4% of salary each paycheck to a Capital Accumulation Plan. Health Benefits are average. 120 hours of vacation a year. That carries over to up to 400 hours.
