Not the best but relatively reasonably priced health benefits. Includes vision and dental.

Health insurance was decent. paid out the nose for it though.

Great coverage and selection of doctors. Similar to what most companies used to offer but don't offer as much now. Depending on the plan, if you don't use it for a year some $ will roll over and you'll have little to no deductible the next year.

Cost is high to employees with low quality PPO

United Healthcare was good to work with. Broad understanding of comprehensive medical issues. Support was always available 24/7. Decent premiums and copay.

Company deposits $2000 a year into a Healthcare Spending Account per year for occupational employees with a family.

The company offers several different health plans from wcich to choose. The premium rates are different for each plan.
