The thing about their retirement plan is that you wont retire. Most people are there for 6 months and then they get fired for not selling enough, even if you arent in a sales position.

The company has frozen the retirement plans for the most senior employees whose pension plans were grandfathered in. I am not familiar with what is currently being offered to new employees with regard to a Retirement Plan.
