Retirement Plan

Pension and 401k is offered at the former Qwest Division. If you work at the CenturyTel positions you don't have a good retirement package.

Retirement plan was good. After putting in 30 years one would have a chance to retire.

The employes having Union Contracts.... Are doing great just because this is why there still is a Retirement Plan!..... But again.... The centurylink culture doesn't try to encourage one ounce to their employees. Somehow... The employee is supposed to figure it out on their own. Um, and then this Service Center the employees are to call with ANY benefit questions ,,, why bother if they don't have the correct information or OBVIOUSLY haven't been trained accurately... I cannot start to believe there could be 10 people giving me bad, poor & wrong information theses past 10 months... They simply have not been given the tools to be accurate)... Ps-yes, this has made parts of my life suck... And I think somebody might be getting the problems faxed, but I will never believe anybody again. They really mess up our lives... Luckily I am determined to keep up this fight ... I have askedmfor a direct way to advise Centurykink of these errors... Hm, they efuse to give it out ??. Why??
