Currently we offer a hybrid work arrangement of three days in the office and two days working at home, depending on the type of position and needs of the company at the time.

WORK FROM HOME FLEXIBLE
Employees may work a hybrid schedule of 3 days in the office and 2 days in the home office, depending on the job and business conditions at the time. New employees are often asked to come to the office daily during training.
Programs & Initiatives
These programs encourage a healthy remote working environment.
Core hours are between 9:00 am and 3:00 pm. Employees may flex their remaining schedule to accommodate personal preferences so that they can deal with carpooling children, activities, dinner etc. and work earlier or later in the day.
Upon hire, employees are awarded a modest stipend for home computing equipment.
