I know that they have it, but I have not used it. However, my peers claim that it is very good.

It's hard for me to rate this one because I am not a parent, but I would imagine that there is paid maternity and paternity leave.

5 days after one year for men. Don't know for women but seems low.

2 months maternity leave for admin staff but only 2 weeks for support staff which is not cool since support staff is majority women. After that, they have to use sick time and then vacation time.

This is pretty standard for what you'll see in many companies. I wish that they would do more.

Only 5 days of leave are covered under the official policy, but you can take 12 weeks via short-term disability. You have to use up vacation and sick days first, which is bad.
