No 401K matching yet and coverage can be a bit expensive, depending on family size

Cost. This is primarily because the company is still relatively small and doesn't have much bargaining power.

Its affordable with great coverage. doesn't take long to get covered. Support if you have questions and they match contributions

This has been the most difficult part of my experience with the company. They take a couple hundred dollars for health insurance each paycheck with my plan. Which is incredibly frustrating. This is definitely the area of the company they need to improve the most.

Standard health, vision, dental plan. Nothing special here

I'm not on the insurance plan but I did sit in on the meetings to see if it was comparable to my spouse's. For a company of its size, I'm very impressed by the two health plans, and how much they're working to make them better every year. You have two options, and they're both very good. The only reason I didn't sign up is that my spouse's plan, which is through a much larger company, was less expensive.

It's okay, there are a few different plans, none of them are going to blow your socks off.

I didn't have health insurance until I started my career with Madwire. Just having that security in itself makes me feel fortunate. I'm glad we're covered by United and I love the options we were given.

Middle of the line. Deductible is kind of high.
