1. What does honor the communication window mean?
- Do not miss scheduled client meetings or team meetings
- Do not miss scheduled training sessions
- Be responsive to calls, chats and emails from teammates and clients
- Calls and chats should be as near to real-time as possible, emails should follow your normal responsive rate but no longer than 1 business day
- Be helpful and collaborative with teammates.
- Be engaged, not disconnected.
