Honor the 7:00am - 4:00pm MST communication window.

1. What does honor the communication window mean?
Do not miss scheduled client meetings or team meetings
Do not miss scheduled training sessions
Be responsive to calls, chats and emails from teammates and clients
Calls and chats should be as near to real-time as possible, emails should follow your normal responsive rate but no longer than 1 business day
Be helpful and collaborative with teammates.
Be engaged, not disconnected.

Could work from home sometimes, though not often. Hours had to be tracked to the last second. (Even denied WFH after a blizzard when EVERYWHERE else was closed.)
