Bare minimum, basic HDHP with low premiums and practically no coverage. Unless you select high premium offerings, you will need to spend somewhere between $1500 and $3000 OOP to satisfy deductible

Only offered HDHPs - this was not well received by many of the staff members. if HDHP is a good option (which it was for me), the out-of-pocket costs were very reasonable

The health insurance is expensive and it is high deductible. It is the kind of insurance you avoid going to the doctor because it is like not having insurance. They certainly need to improve this benefit.
