The best is the benefits that they offered. Also the way corporate handled the pandemic was awesome.

After 90 days of employment, employees who are scheduled to work at least 20 hours per week will be auto-enrolled at six (6) percent of their eligible pay. You can choose to contribute between one (1) and 75 percent* of your eligible pay, up to the allowed IRS maximum.
Cox will match your contributions, dollar for dollar, up to six (6) percent of your eligible pay.
You are immediately eligible for the company match following enrollment. You’re immediately 100 percent vested in the company match and your contributions.
Cox will contribute an additional two (2) percent of your eligible pay into your 401(k) account, regardless of whether you elect to contribute.
You are vested in the two percent contribution after working at least 1,000 hours in three calendar years.

Match 100% (dollar for dollar) up to 6% and then Cox also adds 2% flat.
(So that's 14% of your paycheck into your 401k and you pay for 6% of it).

The best part is that younger people can start their 401 k early in life and can start contributing because starting pay is higher than minimum wage. Great job for people with no experience looking to get out of the dead end retail industry

If you put in money, it is only matched if and when you work 1’000 hours in a year.

The 401K plan is through Vanguard. Overall they are okay. Money holds fairly steady. No big win and no big loss.
