Not much training from manpower for my current position. i received all my training once I started my job. That company trained me not manpower.

People are trained one day and are expected to train someone else the next day without any real experience. The blind leading the blind. You are required to sign everything you are trained on within that day under the stipulation that you understand your responsibilities. Manpower can cover themselves this way and you are unprotected from discipline should you not understand your set tasks.
