Job training was one week in Atlanta Georgia, it consisted mostly of product training, which in this instance was Mitel phone systems. The technology portion of the traing was confusing, and I thought that they spent too much time on technology that did not effect us, Thankfully, with my experience, my on the job training allowed me to transition reletively quickly to a successful representative,

Online course training, they pay you for 2.5 hours worth, but it takes a lot longer to go through. Every module has a test included, and unless you take notes during you'll have a hard time passing them.

It was simple but tedious and it was all done on the computer nothing special most was computer training the rest was on the job training that you could easily pick up with just a bit of repetition
