All training is done while standing in front of a computer on the sales floor in the electronics dept. Therefore, it is NOT hands-on, which puts those new to mobile and electronic sales at a disadvantage.

Best thing is all the material is online and easily accessible
otherwise the training does cover retail etiquette, nothing is like hands on for mannerisms sake.

Most if not all training is completely provided via web-video format with a quiz and questionnaire to test that you've correctly learned each course.

It's all online training but you do get paid for it. That's, literally, the only benefit as the videos are and segments are quite lengthy and overkill with information that you next-to-never use. The scenarios in the videos are ridiculous because in real life they NEVER play out the way they dramatize them. They need to teach improvisational skills to help sales staff think quickly on their feet and problem-solve in a fast but effective pace.
