They match 6%, there are no negatives.

The best thing is they make yearly contributions to it, the worst thing is they only do 6%. I personally max out the IRS contribution every year, so I’d like to see McCarthy do a higher contribution to better match my own.

Best is the matching, worst is the 1 year wait to qualify.
