McCarthy does a 3% safe harbor match and match what you put in up to 3%. So they basically match 6%.

Helps you save money for your future retirement, but isn't the best matching policy.

Best things is very good options and return on 401K packages, worst things is they have a additional retirement package but only take affect at 5 years of employment.

They match 50% of your contributions up to 6%. The investment options aren't so good because they are newly established.

Funds have changed within the past year. Offerings have not been well communicated nor do I feel that they apply to the common employee. Senior level employees may absolutely see value in the funds, but I have yet to get a thorough understanding. Company match is good.

Fantastic benefit, good lineup of choices, and well supported by the leadership. No drop in benefits during down times--contributions were not cut during recession.

Matching contributions up to 6%.
In 9 years, the company has switched 401K management firms 3 or 4 times and they just announced it is changing again. Each time the firm changes, the available funds have changed. I don't know if these changes have affected my portfolio.
