Employee Discounts

Standard 10% employee discount on everything except groceries and HBC products.

This "discount" is a joke, a piece of crap. You *cannot* use it for food or any health and beauty products, among other exclusions. It's 10% off...I'm not really sure, because whenever I or anyone I rang up used it, nothing happened. Jewel's discount is 15% off groceries and, I believe, even hot food they make in-store.

I love Meijer employee discount

It is expensive. There is no education reimbursement or tuition assistance.

Only get 10% off general merchandise products. No grocery or health and beauty care. Except during one week per year around Christmas and only on store brand items.

10% off, which is fairly average. However, you cannot use it on groceries, which is what most people buy at Meijer.

Regular prices at Walmart are usually less than the employee discounted ones at Meijer LOL.

It is ok, but it is only on General Merchandise. With the low wages it should be for anything in the store, especially for groceries.
