Got 10% off, but it was a joke because they took the purchase out of your next paycheck, so you couldn't buy anything that cost more than what you earned if you wanted to use the discount.

10% discount if you use your badge (pay deduction)

10% off anything you buy IF you buy it with your badge so it comes out of you paycheck

The discount must be used by swiping your Menards employee card. The amount purchased gets deducted from your check, Payroll deduction. The discount is only 10%.

It would be nice if we didn't have to PRD, and have the money removed out of a future pay check. 10% isn't a lot but we should be able to use it without having to swipe our badge and use money that may be needed when that pay check arrives.

Contracters had a better discount

10% discount - only way to get it is that it comes right off your paycheck.

To get discount, the purchase must be charged directly against your paycheck and is limited to 70% of gross pay each pay period.
