The employee discount is based of what your paycheck is. Only get a percentage of your paycheck. Sometimes this can put a damper on ideas. i understand they don't want people coming to work for the company, building a house with the 10% discount, and then leaving the company.

It's PRD (Pay Roll Deduction), any purchase you make that you wish to "PRD" is taken out of your paycheck, but comes with 10% the original item.
