Package is more than decent. Pricing is fair, multiple medical plans and carriers to pick from. (United & Aetna) Dental is above average, vision plan is below. (MetLife) Gold star for still having a pension plan along with 401K. The prescription drug plan is what pulls down my rating. It’s hard to get information to even see how and what the coverage is, unless you want to use their mail order. (Express Scripts). The internal website is pretty robust with benefit info, you just have to search for it. Also to file for any employee expense reimbursement is a nightmare, I think whatever software they use is from the 1980’s. For example if you travel. Your PTO is used for vacation and sick time. You’re also on your own, as the Employee, HR/Benefits call center is contracted to a company outside the United States.
