They offer a good company match for the 401(k) and also provide a pension. They offer medical, dental, vision, prescription drug, FSAs, HSA, short-term and long-term disability, legal services, company-paid life insurance, along with MANY other voluntary benefits you can elect that are very affordable. I also love their focus on well-being and they offer multiple resources. They provide an Employee Assistance Program, an app with mindfulness sessions, an exercise app, and other resources.

The days off are limited. One is offered for Volunteering, but they took one away to offer it. Health Care has a lot of options. You are vested in retirement plan after 3 years.
