we have life insurance and dental packages available at very low costs. When it comes to healthcare, you have the option to choose between UNC and Aetna. we have a matching 401(k) plan that kicks in once you’re vested. It's a great way to prepare for your retirement while benefiting from the company’s contributions. We offer a pretty generous amount of paid time off, especially when you first join the company. However, note that there are no increases in PTO from years 10-20, so it's something to keep in mind as you plan your long-term career here.
