Benefits were par for the course for a Fortune 50 company. Election process is antiquated and confusing and the benefits themselves are somewhat costly. Overall, it was fine.

Best thing is that they offer a Pension plan which is funded by the company, The worst thing is there is no work life balance unless you create it. It is very easy to burn out. The performance review is the worst process I have ever encountered. Managers rate all employees that are on the same and a curve is used so someone always gets a "less than satisfactory" review and it appears to be mostly based the opinions of the managers. It is more of a popularity contest than a rating system.

Nothing bad, very generous and extensive

The company is very technology forward. They are always looking forward to make things better. Most people use laptops for more of a paperless environment.

Overall the benefits are competitive and in some areas, better than most.

Interns receive free gym membership on-site. This includes group fitness classes, as well as an abundance of cardio and weight-lifting equipment.
